This Rental Policy outlines the terms and conditions for renting items from La Belle Shopping Place LLC. By booking rentals with us, you agree to the following policy.

1. Rental Items

We offer rental items including but not limited to:

Throne chairs and specialty seating
Tables, chairs, and linens
Backdrops, decorative stands, and centerpieces
Balloon arches and décor structures

All rental items remain the sole property of La Belle Shopping Place LLC.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Rentals are confirmed only after required payment or deposit is received.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event date, delivery address, and rental items must be finalized before confirmation.

3. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure rental items.
Full payment must be completed before delivery or setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of delivery/setup and ends at the scheduled pickup time.
Extended use beyond the agreed time may result in additional charges.

5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance.
The customer must ensure clear access to the venue at the agreed time.
La Belle is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or customer unavailability.
Pickup will occur at the scheduled time; failure to provide access may result in extra fees.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all rental items from delivery until pickup.
Items must be used only for their intended purpose.
Rentals must be kept away from fire, water, sharp objects, pets, and extreme weather unless designed for outdoor use.

7. Damage, Loss & Cleaning

Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty items.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the item’s value.
Normal wear and tear is acceptable; misuse is not.

8. Cancellations

Rental deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

9. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, customers accept responsibility for weather-related risks.
Rentals must be protected from rain, strong wind, and extreme heat.
No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

10. Liability

La Belle Shopping Place LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of rental items. Customers assume full responsibility during the rental period.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel rentals if items are being misused, conditions are unsafe, or policy terms are violated.

12. Policy Updates

This Rental Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our rental services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
