3. Orders & Bookings

Orders and bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit as required.
Custom décor and balloon designs are made to order and may vary slightly from reference images.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Full payment may be required before delivery or setup.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Party supplies may be eligible for return only if unused and approved by us.
Custom décor, balloon work, and services are non-refundable once production has begun.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

6. Rental Terms

All rental items remain the property of La Belle Shopping Place LLC.
Customers are responsible for rented items from delivery until pickup.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty items will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

7. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance.
Customers must ensure venue access at the agreed time.
Additional fees may apply for delays, denied access, or extended rental time.

8. Design & Color Variations

Color shades, balloon sizes, and décor elements may vary due to lighting, materials, and environmental conditions. Balloon durability depends on temperature and surroundings.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of products or rentals, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and branding are the property of La Belle Shopping Place LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph completed setups for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the event.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders and provide services. We do not sell personal information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law
